Operational Reliability

  1. The workshop’s working temperature is 24℃±2℃,relative humidity is 65%.
  2. Keep the machine dust proof and flying prevention, and avoid the interference of airflow.

  8. For the normal running of machine, the spare parts and ground lead of power supply system must use suitable and low-resistance wire (copper wire, cross-sectional area need to be ≥10 mm² )

3 . Components Introduction

 

1) Feeder with Constant Tenstion Control

Including Frame, Roller Placement and Magnetic Powder Tension Control.

2) Coating Device:

Including Frame, Liftable Coating U-Channel, Rollers, Pressure Device and transmission Device.

Impregnating Roller: φ265*5800mm

             Drive Roller: φ450 (Steel)

             Driven Roller: φ450 (Rubber)

 

3) Pre –Drying Room (Vertical)

Heating Cycle Device: This unit uses 4 Groups of electrical heating pipes(160kW/Group), and the Cycle system uses 4 Sets of No. 7 fans(15kW). The circulation mode is Top for out, and Bottom for out. Oven insulation layer is 150mm and Oven guide rollers are 3pcs of φ325mm rollers.

 

4) Stentering and Setting Chamber(Horizontal)

Hot air circulation system: The oven uses two sets of high efficiency and energy saving fans with small internal circulation system. The upper and lower air ducts can be controlled with different air volumes by the damper. Main components: 8 high temperature fans with circulating fans of 11KW, 4 groups of electric heating (200kW/group) drive reducer motor with power of 11kW. (The oven is modular arrangement)

5) Storing Shelf

  4 Rows (Up and Down linkage), 30 meters Storage Capacity

6) Take-Up Device:

It is composed of 2pcs of φ325mm guide rollers and 1pc of φ265 roll with Chrome Plated (Cylinder adjustment, transmission by 7.5kW frequency conversion drive)
