BCF SPINNING MACHINE
Using PA6, PET, and PP as raw materials, BCF Spinning Machine adopts one-step process of spinning, drafting, and deformations to produce BCF yarn; PP raw materials can be added recycled materials, reduce the cost and PET raw material can be used in 100% bottle flakes.
PP fiber is the quality with the greatest development potential among the four major synthetic fibers, and it is already the second largest synthetic fiber variety. Polypropylene can be divided into staple fiber, filament, non-woven material, tobacco tow, bulk continuous filament, and so on.
BCF is a bulky continuous filament from a filament extruder line. The production routes can be divided into the following three types:
One-step method: continuous spinning, drawing, texturing, winding process
Three-step method: combined spinning and stretching, combined yarn deformation or spinning and winding, combined yarn stretching and deformation
Two-step method: Spinning is the same as conventional spinning, one winding bobbin has one color, and then three bobbins of different colors are combined and stretched or deformed into BCF.

FDY SPINNING MACHINE
FDY, FULLY DRAWN YARN. Bring in the stretching effect in the spinning process through the FDY spinning machine, a wound yarn with high orientation and medium crystallinity can be obtained, which is a fully drawn yarn. Conventional fully drawn yarns such as polyester and nylon belong to chemical fiber filaments.
FDY fabric feels smooth and soft and is often used to weave silk fabrics. It has a wide range of uses in clothing and home textiles. Low-speed spinning and high-speed stretching and winding can be used. The two FDY yarn manufacturing machine processes are completed on spinning and stretching combined machines. This production line has low production costs, stable quality of finished products, few hair breaks, and good dyeing uniformity.

BICOMPONENT YARN MACHINE
Bicomponent fibers are two or more polymer melts, split by a special distribution plate, and extruded through the same spinneret hole. There are hundreds of types of Bicomponent fibers, and there are many classification methods. According to the production method, they can be divided into composite spinning and blended spinning.
According to the spinning form, there are 5 commonly used types: co-spinning, side-by-side, skin-core, Splinter type, island type. Polyester spinning/Nylon Bicomponent fiber, which not only has the advantages of Nylon's wear resistance, high strength, easy dyeing, and moisture absorption, but also has the advantages of good Polyester elasticity, good shape retention, stiffness, and non-ironing.

SPANDEX MACHINE
Spandex is the earliest developed and most widely used variety among elastic fibers and the most mature production technology.
Normally two ways to make spandex yarn, dry spinning and melt spinning.
Dry-method uses solvents. Solvents not only damage the environment but also harm the human body. The residual toxic solvents in the products have been banned by the European Union for the use of dry-method spandex to make underwear. The melt yarn spinning machine's method does not use solvents, there are no three wastes in the production process through spandex machine, and the product does not contain toxic ingredients. It is "green spandex". Melt-spun spandex chips are the raw material for making this environmentally friendly spandex fiber, as technology in TPU polyurethane materials.
