GEOCELL ULTRASONIC WELDING PRODUCTION LINE

 

  1. Raw material: HDPE sheet; Thickness:1.52 mm; Width: 75, 100, 125,150, 200 mm;
  2. The welding pitch is 330 ~712 mm, adjustable, with each layer staggering half the pitch at intervals; welding beat 8~10 second, max. is 60 layers

 

  1. The welding straps length:

When welding space is 330mm, expanded width*length is 2.44m*6.1m, the strap length is 330*10+165*2=3630mm;

When welding space is 356mm, expanded width*length is 2.59m*6.5m, the strap length is 356*10+178*2=3916mm;

When welding space is 445mm, expanded width*length is 2.56m*8.35m, the strap length is 445*8+222.5*2=4005mm;

When welding space is 660mm, expanded width*length is 2.44m*12.63m, the strap length is 660*5+165*2=3630mm;

When welding space is 712mm, expanded width*length is 2.56m*13.72m, the strap length is 712*5+178*2=3916mm

  1. Equipment specification

Our production line use the block type structure, the welding pitch is adjustable 330~712mm, every other layer staggered half pitch.

Based on 330mm pitch, total expanded width is 2.44 m, we calculate this production line need 21 sets of welding equipments; at 712mm welding space, the expanded width is 2.56 m, we calculate need the 11 sets of welding machines.

In order to get the most efficiency, following project, 21 sets of ultrasonic welding machine+6 base plates, and details as following:

Straps welding length is bigger with the welding space increased, welding space is 712mm, the strap welding length is 7476mm, the five welding space all can weld 10 grids, the five length of different welding space are:

330*10+165*2=3630mm

356*10+178*2=3916mm

445*10+222.5*2=4895mm

660*10+165*2=6930mm

 712*10+178*2=7476mm (Needs extra base plate)

When the welding space is 330mm, the strap length is 3630mm, based on weld one finished products need 10 min., each finished products is 14.9m2, max. output of 8 hours will be 700 m2;

When the welding space is 356mm, the strap length is 3916mm, based on weld one finished products need 10 min., each finished products is 16.8m2, max. output of 8 hours will be 800 m2;

For the welding space is 445mm, the output of 8 hours is 1230 m2;

For the welding space is 660mm, the output of 8 hours is 2800 m2;

For the welding space is 712mm, the output of 8 hours is 3200 m2.

Building block system structure (no portal frame) has a good rigidity and stable welding quality. And the equipment will have a longer lifetime.

Batch charging will convenient because it equipped with storing shelf. Double button ensure that operation is safe.

Each equipment equipped with output power monitor (it is very important for several linked equipments). When one of them has failure or welding strength not reach required, the system will alarm and stop.

The system has pressure controller. When the pressure in duct lower than rated it will alarm and stop for avoiding nonconformity. The system also has unexpected power off protection.
