Equipment

Guiding part

It consists of feed roll, up press roll and fix position guiding part. Feed roll          consists of three parallel rolls, controlled by magnetic powder brake. Up press         roll consists of three passive rolls, up and down controlled by cylinder, down  position adjusted by cylinder wheel. Pneumatic part and pipeline must be fixed.       Fix position guiding part, the position for 8 guide wheel are front of first roll (right, left per one), between first and second roll (right, left per one), between second and third roll (right, left per one), before of third roll (right, left per one), guiding wheel will guide sheet into up and down press roll horizontally, the position of guiding wheel can be adjusted by hand shank, each edge 200mm, guiding wheel is fixed at the center of feed roll, and symmetrical devise.

The switch of magnetic powder brake controller and pneumatic are set in one separate cabinet, controller is fixed one the base.

Head part

For the head part, there is a width adjusting device, which can adjust separately or generally. Probe transmission device must equip with belt tension device. The clip closing device adopts spring or spring plate.

Rail part

The rail frame is made of cast steel, one segment is basically 2.5m or 3m, it is fixed connected between the straight sections, and hinged between the straight section and curved section, the hinged connection can oscillate within a certain angle. The requirements for the shape and structure of the rail: the first 10m is preheating zone, the middle 10~12m is stretching zone, the final 2~4m is forming zone. The width adjusting range for preheating zone is 900~1200mm, for forming zone is 3000~4300mm, the width of the stretching zone can be changed with the change of preheating zone and forming zone.

Chain-clip part

The chain-clip adopts rolling bearings, pure rolling structure, running horizontally, the chain pitch is 63.5mm, and rolling bearing diameter is 47mm. The clip frame is

 

 

manufactured by precise casting. There are 10 rolling bearings for each chain-clip, 8 pieces on both sides, one piece on the top, and one piece in the bottom. Add high temperature lubrication grease into rolling bearing. The lower clip mouth is a plane with file shape, the upper clip mouth is straight saw tooth shape. The clip and the adjusting shim can meet the application requirements of different thickness sheets (1.5~7mm, for different specification products). The raw material of the clip is ZG45, which is hard, impact resistant, abrasion resistant. The rolling wheel is hard enough, and easy for disassembling. All the adjusting shims(total 4 specifications, namely2mm, 1mm, 0.5mm, 0.3mm) and the whole outer surfaces of the clip are planted with zinc.

Chain transmission part

The chain transmission adopts a main motor with reducer, drives the gearboxes on both sides by the spline shaft, then drives the chains on both sides. The main motor (namely the main transmission motor of the rear part) is 37kW AC frequency conversion motor. The chain is tensioned by hydraulic pressure. The tensile strength of chain, rail and clip is designed for 18000N.

Oven part

The effective length of oven is 25m, each piece is 2~2.5m, cooling zone 0.5m is moved outside (100mm distance from rear oven). The ovens are divided into three zones along the machine direction, the effective width of the preheating zone is 1200mm, the effective width of the forming zone and cooling zone is 4300mm, both widths can be adjusted within a certain range. The height of inlet, outlet and inner oven ensures the clips go through safely. The oven adopts building block-type small circulation structure, there are two circulation fan motors for each oven, one radiator to increase air quantity, air speed. It adopts staggered arrangement between the segments of the ovens. There are four temperature control units for preheating zone, three units for stretching zone, one unit for forming zone. The air blowing pipe is wedge pipe, staggered arrangement, air blowing mouth is small round hole. Cooling zone is air cooling, blow mouth adopts air knife type. There are thermal insulation plates in the inlet and outlet of the oven to reduce the heat loss. The temperature is controlled by pneumatic membrane valve, the precision is ±2℃,

the transverse temperature     uniformity is  ±3℃. The heat exchangers adopt advanced

products, the heat exchange efficiency is 95%, and pressure resistance is 1.0MPa. There are thermal resistance and lifting rings on the ovens.

Heating part Electric

Rear part

 

The rear part consists of base seat, right/left gearbox, beam, main transmission frequency conversion motor(37kW)and transmission device, main transmission reducer, clip-open device, etc. It adopts three pieces for rear base, screw hole M24.

Edge cutting device

On the top of rear rail, disk cutter, rotation by motor, cutter diameter 300mm, fixed on the rail, move together with rail, the up-down position can by adjusted by lead screw hand wheel.

Haul-off device

It consists of two steel rollers and one rubber roll, the driving roll is a steel roll (frequency conversion), the rubber roll is controlled by cylinder. The diameter of the haul-off rolls are all 265mm. The drive motor power is 7.5kW. The diameter of cylinder is 160mm and the movable distance is 200mm.

Cutting device

It contains support, fixed blades, blade and frame. The blade adopts alloy tool steel. Fixed length cutting meter counter, with alarm buzzer. High strength frame, the cutter frame adopts cast iron structure. The cutter moves promptly, to ensure both sides move down synchronously. Hydraulic station is under the frame. The cutting sheet width is 4300mm. A pair of rubber rolls are placed near the cutting blade, the diameter of these two rubber rolls are 200mm, equipped with frequency converter and stepless speed regulation.

Winding device

Single working position. It consists of frame board, winding shaft and torque motor. Torque motor connects with the decelerator directly to drive the winding shaft. Torque motor is inside independent cabinet, the operation panel is on the frame. Total 4 winding shafts.

Electric

Temperature controller

It adopts RKC or Omron, accuracy ±1℃.

Frequency converter

It adopts China brand products.

The drawing of oven chain, haul-off roll and waste edge shearing adopt inverter, stepless speed regulation.

Cutting device

It adopts counting (length) automatic cutting.

The operation panel of the oven contains buzzer, emergency stop, tracking speed button (Knob).
