11.1 Main technical parameters

The preheating section, stretching section, and straight section can be adjusted

separately and can be uniformly adjusted. There are two adjustment methods: manual

Chain and operation mode: pure rolling chain with rolling bearings, horizontal

operation, chain pitch of 63.5mm, domestic famous brand bearings, oil filling

stretching section, and 15kW per unit in the straight section.

Temperature control: The electric valve automatically adjusts and controls the

11.2 Components of the transverse stretching device

11.2.1 Import structural device section:

Composed of an introduction roller, an upper pressure roller, and a positioning

guide component. The introduction roller is composed of three rollers arranged

side by side and controlled by a magnetic powder brake. The upper pressure

roller is composed of three passive rollers, which are controlled by a cylinder to

raise and lower pressure. The positioning guide component consists of six guide

wheels. The guide wheel guides the board horizontally into the upper and lower

pressure rollers. The guide wheel can be manually adjusted by the handle to

adjust the left and right positions, with an adjustment amount of 200mm on one

side.

11.2.2 Front structure device part:

The front of the car is equipped with an amplitude adjustment device, which can

be adjusted simultaneously or separately. The manual adjustment device must

have a belt tensioning device. The clamping device adopts a design structure of

springs or spring plates to ensure sufficient clamping force to avoid damaging

the clamp, making the clamping accurate and reasonable. Set up an automatic

lubrication station for the front of the vehicle. The opening and closing clamps

have a reasonable structure and are rolled to avoid damage caused by wear or

impact on the clamps.

11.2.3 Track structure part:

The track is made of ductile iron structure, with a length of about 2.5 meters per

section. The straight section is fixedly connected to each other, and the

transition between the straight section and the inclined section is clamped. The

clamped section can swing at a certain angle relative to each other. The shape

and structure requirements of the track are: the first 20 meters are the preheating

zone. The middle 10 meters are the stretching area, and the last 3 meters are the

shaping area. The amplitude range of the preheating zone is 1000-1900mm, and

after passing through the stretching zone, the amplitude range of the shaping

zone is adjustable from 4000-6300mm. The stretching zone can vary with the

width of the preheating zone and the shaping zone. Width adjustment part: can

be manually or electrically driven, transmitted through the top gearbox of the

oven to achieve double-sided synchronous adjustment. The track working

surface is lined with wear-resistant steel plates.

11.2.4 Chain clip structure:

The structure operates horizontally, with a chain pitch of 63.5mm and a rolling

bearing diameter of 47mm. The clamp body is precision machined by

board production lines, PP honeycomb board production lines, and decoupling pad production lines.

precision casting machinery. The lower clamp of the clip is a flat tooth shape

with a file, which increases friction and tension. The upper clamp is a straight

serrated shape with a self-locking spring. The clips and cutting edges should

meet the usage requirements of different thicknesses of plates (1.5-10mm is

suitable for different specifications of products). The material of the clip is

ZG45, ensuring good rigidity, impact resistance, wear resistance, and

sufficient rigidity and easy disassembly of the roller.

11.2.5 Chain transmission structure:

The chain transmission adopts a main motor with a reducer distributed to the

reduction boxes on both sides through a spline shaft, and then drives the left and

right chains separately. The main motor is a Siemens brand motor with variable

frequency speed control. The tension of the chain adopts hydraulic tensioning

method, with overload automatic shutdown alarm to ensure safety and reliability.

The chain track and clip are designed and manufactured with a tensile strength of

18000N.

11.2.6 Oven structure:

The entire lifting section of the oven consists of 26 sets of motors, with a

cumulative power of approximately 230KW. There are a total of 6 sets of button

controls, each set of buttons controls the motor of this group, and achieves

sequential start of each motor with delay (time relay control) to avoid high

current impact caused by simultaneous start. The effective length of the oven is

32.5 meters, with one section every 2.5 meters. The width of the oven is divided

into three levels in a vertical step shape. The effective width of the initial

preheating zone is guaranteed to be 1900mm, and the effective width of the final

shaping zone is guaranteed to be 6300mm, with a certain amplitude modulation

width. Each section is equipped with two sets of circulating fans, with each set of

7.5KW in the preheating section, 11kW in the stretching section, and 15kW in

the straight section. Each burner can control its own temperature.

11.2.7 Rear part of the car

It consists of a base, left and right gear boxes, crossbeams, main drive motors

(with a power of 45kw) and transmission devices, main drive reduction boxes,

expansion motors, and clamp opening devices (with the same requirements as

the front of the vehicle).

11.2.8 Edge cutting device

The edge cutting device is installed on the upper part of the rear track of the car

and adopts a blade type cutting. The edge cutting knife is installed on the track

and changes with the width of the track. The upper, lower, left, and right

positions of the edge cutting knife can be adjusted by the screw handwheel

mechanism.

 

11.2.9 Horizontal stretching mainly involves electrical components:

The temperature control system adopts Siemens temperature module products with

an accuracy of ± 1 ℃.

The frequency converter adopts ABB products, and the main driving motor adopts

the Chinese Siemens brand.

The oven chain drive and traction roller drive adopt variable frequency stepless

speed regulation, and the drag can be adjusted proportionally or separately; The

drag speed is also proportional to the drag speed of other devices (frequency

converters).

The operation box should be equipped with a communication buzzer, an emergency

stop button, and a speed adjustment button (knob).

Louver vents are installed on both sides of the electrical control cabinet, and two

small axial fans are installed at corresponding positions for heat dissipation. Set

up a control console at the rear of the car to control the winding and other

operations at the rear of the car.

The electronic control system and execution part of the entire machine meet

national level specifications and standards. The main low-voltage electrical

equipment adopts international brands.
