3.6 Die head drive device
The die head is equipped with lifting device. It adopts frequency conversion motor direct-coupled decelerator, chain drives to auxiliary shaft, Fuji inverter.

3.7 Mandrel
It adopts hollow floatage cooling mandrel to produce 6500mm width net.
3.8 Cooling water tank (stainless steel)
Stainless steel plate: 6mm
3.8.1 Cooling water tank, haul-off support and haul-off roll are as a whole to be installed on the ground.
3.8.2 Driving haul-off roll is at the bottom of the tank, chain driving and haul-off share one motor, 4kW, 2 rolls, roll diameter is 200mm. Water tank material is made of stainless steel plate, reinforced ribs on both sides to ensure water tank undeformed.
3.8.3 It has water level overflow device.
3.8.4 One knife support is used for cutting open the net between two pairs of haul-off rolls.
3.8.5 The cooling components and parts adopt rust-resisting material to ensure long-term anti-corrosion.

3.15 Control system
3.15.1 Extruder control system is an independent control panel, there are essential buttons on the panel, such as temperature controller, pressure meter, speed load meter, emergency stop etc.
3.15.2 There are independent operating stations for other process, and set emergency stop button, which is easy to operate.
3.15.3 The whole line adopts PLC, automatic continuous production.
3.16 Technical data and training
3.16.1 The production line operating manual will be supplied.
3.16.2 The operating manual of main outsourcing parts will be supplied.
3.16.3 The whole technical data includind drawing of machine installation and maintenance, electric wiring diagram, electrical control schematic diagram, software data, list of wearing parts, list of outsourcing parts, maintenance instruction manual. One paper copy and one electronic copy.
3.16.4 The machine layout, installation, water, electric, air interface arrangement and load specification drawings will be supplied within 40 days after signing contract.
3.16.5 Supplier is liable to train the operator and serviceman from buyer, so that they can operate machine independently.
