Both the geonet machine and the composite machine winding device all adopt PLC control system, and the entire production line has remote control system

This part adopts S7200 CPU from Siemens brand, can synchronous control the draw-off unit and on-line heat fusion composite unit. At the beginning of machine running, firstly separate control the draw-off part and composite unit speed separately, once the machine runs steady, set the electronic gear ratio on the PLC panel. By this way, client can increase or decrease the transformer frequency to reach the same speed of those parts.
